Today marks the day of knowing the love of my life for five years. I'm not going to make this too mushy gushy, but I wanted to reminise a little. Charlie and I met at a party for people who were dateless on V day. I was not planning on going out that night. In fact, I was in my pj's watching a movie w/ Katie and her parents, who had come up to celebrate her birthday. One of Charlie's buddies called Katie to meet up w/ him at the party so she decided to go. I, on the other hand, was planning on staying in my comfies and vegging out. It took a little convincing and a promise that we would only stay for a little while before I said I'd go. That all changed when I met Charlie. He came to the door and introduced himself w/in 5 minutes of arriving, and the rest was history. We talked for the rest of the night (We stayed a little longer than a little while.) and were together ever since.

The thing I love the most about us is that we are always laughing and usually at the stupidest things.
Honeymoon in the City of Love
I love him more today than I ever thought possible. I am so proud of him and all his accomplishments and sacrifices. He's made the last five years unforgettable, and I look forward to so many more!
Sorry if I got too sappy. :) Happy Valentine's Day!
